Terms & Conditions

General Information

The Moving Meditation is a yoga and wellness studio located in South Dennis, MA. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients interacting with our site or services.

Class Bookings & Attendance

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking platform.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to check in and get settled.

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting the class.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid being charged or losing a class credit.

  • No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • For private sessions and coaching, 24-hour notice is required for changes or cancellations.

Payments & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on class passes, memberships, or private sessions, unless otherwise noted in our [Refund Policy].

  • Workshops and special events may be refundable up to 7 days prior, minus a processing fee.

Membership Terms

  • Memberships may be billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled in writing before the next billing cycle.

  • Pausing or canceling a membership must be requested at least 5 business days before renewal.

Assumption of Risk

  • By participating in classes or coaching at The Moving Meditation, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Yoga and movement practices involve physical exertion and carry a risk of injury.

  • You are responsible for assessing your own health and fitness level before participating.

  • The Moving Meditation and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during participation.

Website Use

  • All content on our website (text, images, videos) is the property of The Moving Meditation and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access it in any way that could cause damage or disruption.
