Refund Policy
At The Moving Meditation, we understand that plans change. Below is our simple refund policy regarding classes, coaching sessions, and no-shows.
Class & Session Refunds

We offer partial refunds (50%) for cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class or session.

Cancellations made within 12 hours are not eligible for refunds.

You may reschedule your session if notice is given more than 12 hours in advance.
No-Show Policy

No-shows will be charged 100% of the class or session fee.

Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
Workshops & Special Events

Cancellations made 7+ days before an event will receive a full refund minus a small processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event unless your spot can be filled.
